He later attended Oakland University where he received a Master in Business Administration with a concentration of Finance. Jay is a Detroit native and is familiar with both sides of the city. He is very passionate about uplifting the forgotten communities and plans to help redevelop blighted neighborhoods. Jay has years of real estate experience, buying and selling over 30 properties within Detroit. He specializes in tax sale properties and foreclosure prevention. Meet Jayson “Kyle” Kirkland

Kyle Kirkland graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. As a graduate of a Detroit High School, he has been able to view firsthand the progression that Detroit. Kyle has been involved with real estate since 2012 and specialized in investment properties and tax sale foreclosures. The aim is to be a driving force in rebuilding and redeveloping the city of Detroit, both commercially and residentially, while providing it’s residents an opportunity for both community and economic development.
